Pastors Gary & Roxanne Andrews have been pastoring since 1991 and have been ordained pastors since 1993. They have served in such ministries as church planting, youth, visitation, and pastoral leadership. Pastor Gary has been the senior pastor at Cartwright, Labrador City, Grand Falls-Windsor, and St. John's. He has also served as a prison chaplain and as a General Executive Officer and Executive Director of Ministry Development and Strategic Initiatives of the PAONL. Pastor Gary holds a Bachelor of Theology degree from Masters College & Seminary and Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Fredericton. He has helped to further Christian ministry in various countries in Africa.
